Penny nodded. “Your mother sounds like my mother,” she responded with a laugh. Penny changed her tone of voice to sound old and matronly. “Magical transportation means that it takes no more time to visit your parents than to walk across the street.”
“It is quite nice.” She had to stop herself from offering to show it to the other woman. “I was considering having a party up there soon. Perhaps I could convince you to attend?”
“Thank you. My husband and I wished for something different. It was my great, great grandmother’s name,” Penny told Jessica.
Penny nodded in agreement. “They are a touch…rowdy and loud.” She shrugged. “But Orla loves them and who am I to say no?”
“Dinner should be served soon. Can I freshen your drink before?”
