Padma chuckled. “Don’t be so sure, Professor,” Padma laughed lightly. She was a Ravenclaw, after all. If Hermione Granger was the brightest witch in their year, something she might dispute, Padma certainly wasn’t far behind from her thoughts on such matter. Though, if she knew her favorite professor, it really wouldn’t be easy but it might be impossible for almost any other of her students…
Moving inside, wanting to shake of the chill and take a break, she sat in one of the other chairs. She shrugged at the darker subject. “They aren’t,” she confirmed weakly. “Things are just so…” Padma blew out a breath and took a sip of her tea. “Plus, some of the Slytherins have been slipping things into the food. Though, that is mostly done to the Gryffindors.”
Padma was less comfortable with the second question. She wasn’t sure what she should say. If Professor Sinistra decided to do something, she didn’t just risk being sacked. People were disappearing…
