The term Rogue used in her quip hurt Jean rather then infuriated her. Giving the other girl a look of pity, Jean sometimes forgot how some mutants had less of a normal life then others. The look turned to one of annoyed indignation when she was called Dr. Red. She knew just what Rogue had been thinking when she said that.
"My goal is not to hurt you, but to help you, Anna. Is that so hard to believe?"
With her patient on the bed, the redhead went to work. Removing sensors, she pulled the tape off the sucker ends and tied them into the computer. With her telekinetic powers, she caused the hoodie and the shirt underneath to raise up. The sensors left her hands and flosted across the room to affix themselves to Rogue's chest and abdomen. The hoodie and shirt was dropped, then other sensors floated across the room to affix to Rogue's temples and to her hands.
"Now...have you noticed if your power is uniform throughout your body or are there certain places that you use to touch others that are more powerful then elsewhere?"
