"He's just a pawn when it comes to handling him," Bellatrix referred to Rudolphus as a game piece, Wizard's Chess, a game she was so very good at; and watching his back as he went further into the darkness. It was only a matter of time before the dark of the corridor swallowed up the image of the boy, blocking everything from sight. It forced her to turn to look at Alice.
"I am well enough," Bellatrix answered. Damn right Alice hadn't seen much of her! She had avoided her. Not sure what to say to that, the Slytherin stayed quiet and simply shrugged. "My classes are done for today. I am free."
Was Alice going to spend time with her? Something seemed to be troubling the girl.
