Heidi felt the anger in Tracey's voice. She didn't even have to turn around and face the girl to tell that she was seething. To say Heidi wanted to crawl in a hole and die wouldn't even begin to describe what she felt.
Drawing the courage, the Hufflepuff captain turned slowly, not looking at Tracey, rather at the ground, face a deep shade of pink. Slowly she lifted her eyes to Tracey''s and confirmed the fact that the other girl was indeed furious. Heidi bit her lip hard.
"I'm...so sorry. I shouldn't have even touched the potion, it always ends up shot to hell anyways." As if she didn't already think I was stupid enough...
"Right, okay." Heidi spoke quietly, barely above a whisper. As Tracey cleaned up, Heidi felt her self grow colder. Looking down to inspect her robes, she felt them and found that they were freezing. She quickly shredded them and felt, ironically, instantly warmed. This however, left her in her rumpled, untucked white uniform blouse that might have been a size too small seeing as in was a friend's, Hufflepuff tie tied loosely around her neck, and her school skirt coming down to just above midthigh giving a clear view of her long legs.
Truthfully, inside, Heidi felt a slight anger flare up in her. So she made a mistake, it's not like anyone else didn't? The temporary anger showed briefly on her visage before quickly subsiding. Calming herself, Heidi sat back down and waited patiently for her instructions.
