"True," Lavender conceded. "Though, you still have corrupted me enough for my taste." She gave Fleur a wink. She still felt bad about interrupting class so she was trying to do the cute things Fleur liked to show she was genuinely sorry.
Lavender melted slightly as Fleur stroked her back. "It's stupid," she mumbled. She thought Fleur would understand but not that she was in her presence, Lavender really didn't think she would. She should have known when Fleur reacted jealously to Gabrielle when she talked about her.
"It's just…you have a lot of wild stories your time at school and I…don't have any, really, that don't involve you. It's not that I don't love the ones we've made together. I just…" Fleur was so much more worldly than she was and she knew that Fleur knew she felt that way. "I just don't think that…it's good for me to be that much more innocent than you. You know?"
Lavender giggled. "Did she pounce on you before you even got to eat?" she teased. For some reason, she really didn't feel jealous of Gabrielle and Fleur and had yet to put her finger on why. "Is she staying out of trouble?"
