Millicent had settled into her seat and was focused on looping her tie as Pansy breezed in the door. The girl gave her an odd look, but didn't question her in front of Draco. She knew better than to make a scene and Millicent knew better than to start one, so she kept silent.
Pansy grinned taking the tie in her hands so she could loop it around. She'd done this many times - and not just on herself. Draco liked his ties perfect and she knew exactly how to do them just the way he wanted.
She stood in front of him, aware of Millicent's glances toward them, but she didn't say a word. When she was finished, she pushed the knot up to his throat, straightening his collar out over it. Her hands moved down his chest, one of them making sure his tie was lying flat against his chest, coming to rest just above his belt.
