Draco’s brow furrowed slightly at Millicent’s comment. What was she implying? He didn’t like to comment unless he knew what was going on. He didn’t want to wait too long and sadly he wasn’t coming up with an answer. “Assuming I was, there is still the question of whether I should meet said challenge.”
“I think we both know there is far more to it than that,” Draco laughed spitefully, though it wasn’t at Millicent and was clearly directed at her suitor. “Miles isn’t worth your time or effort.”
Draco smiled. “I’m never one to turn down the request of a lady.” Standing up, he moved his way over to her. “Lift your hair,” Draco told her softly. Reaching for the zipper, he pulled it down slowly with agonizing slowness.
Once it was down, he feigned disinterest. Turning, he drew his wand and cast a locking charm on the door. “Don’t want anyone walking in,” he offered lightly before turning to his trunk and getting out as uniform.
Draco watched Millicent out of the corner of his eye as he laid everything out.
