"Wh-what?" Tracey couldn't believe it. Sara had thwarted her before she had even tried to get the information out. Of course, Tracey was glad she didn't end up outing Sara in revenge for something that Fleur and Lavender had done. However, she was amazed that Daphne had been in Sara's pocket the whole time…
Tracey shook her head and chuckled now that the pieces had all come together. "Wow, I am the worst Slytherin ever. I suck…"
Chewing her bottom lip, she reached and placed her hand atop Sara's gently. "It wouldn't have changed anything, I don't think," she began. It wasn't that she had any insights into Sara's thoughts but more that her thoughts mirrored Sara's. "It only would have made things better when it had to end."
Sara's admission of love made her blush. "I really care about you too, Sara. I still do." She chewed her lip again.
Tracey's eyes fluttered shut as she let Sara kiss her. The nagging thought in her mind drew into sharper focus for a moment but the building heat of the kiss covered it in a haze once more. Murmuring softly, she parted her lips in invitation as her arms moved to loop behind Sara's head.
