Jules grinned as Claire took the chance to assert that she was the one making Jules so wonderfully happy. Smirking, it was clear she noticed Claire’s turn of phrase.
“Do you think that someone swiped it before the came back to school?” she mused.
Jules wasn’t particularly pleased that Claire pulled away from her. She watched as the other girl masterfully prepared her own cocktail. She had to admit, Claire Runcorn had style.
When she came back, Jules raised her glass. From her wrist dangled a bracelet of spun gold with white and blue diamonds. “To an interesting evening. Cheers,” Jules toasted. Raising her glass, the touched it to Claire’s before wrapping her lips over the glass rim, she took a sip in a sexy manner for lowering the glass.
Setting it down, she leaned against the bar and regarded Clarie. “It seems there aren’t too many people here who are not Slytherins,” she observed lightly. Opening her body posture, she tried to entice Claire to get closer once more.
