"Yeah." Ahayla sounded like she agreed with Lilyth, that was until she let out a quiet laugh, shaking her head. "No. No, you shouldn't. I mean, I already said it was alright, remember? So that makes it okay." Tossing her twig fragments into the fire, she watched as they disappeared into the blaze, becoming only blending colors of orange, yellow and white.
Finding her friend more quiet that usual, she turned to look at her, the fire abandoned for another shade of red. Searching for the last time they had been together, surely they had talked about many things, she tried to see what was of importance...Oh...
Catching Lilyth's gaze, she searched the girl's expression, trying to find some clue. Ahayla was perceptive, but not to the point that she was psychic. "Do you...do you mean, uh...about all of us?"
If that had been so, then she had dwelled on that as well. A lot, and it had distracted her a time or two during their travels and battles, resulting in some not so pleasant outcomes. With a faint blush that came across her cheeks, she rubbed her ears self conciously, wondering if that was it. How should she go about the topic, because becoming distant as she did on most emotion-type topics didn't seem like an option.
