Lilyth nodded, but she didn’t seem convinced. If anything, Ahayla’s evaluation of Lilyth was likely a more appropriate way for Ahayla to describe herself. If she thought about it, Lilyth was sure that Ahayla would get Lae’s jokes and innuendos much faster. However, it seemed that she just didn’t think about them.
Gasping softly as Ahayla cupped her cheek, she didn’t pull away. Lilyth found that she was holding her breath. Looking at her friend, she shivered lightly as her thumb gently caressed her lips.
