Tracey's gaze hardened a bit but she didn't respond further to Heidi's mother's goading. She wasn't going to give her the satisfaction. Once she was gone, Tracey did breathe a sigh of relief though. She was dreading the day that Heidi met Tracey's mother.
Tracey grinned evilly. "You shouldn't talk about Ginny like that." She couldn't help but taking a little dig at the absent redhead. Unlike before though, Tracey's voice didn't have much, if any, real malice in it.
Setting to the task of eating, Tracey knew that they didn't have a lot of time before they needed to get to the train. "This is good," she mused happily, more for Jilly's benefit than anyone else's.
Tracey blushed. "That's not really what I meant," she admitted sheepishly. Knowing Heidi would press for an answer, she added, "I meant…when are done with Hogwarts." Tracey shifted bashfully. "Sorry. I was just…daydreaming."
