"Good and bad," Jules agreed. "And I suppose one's opinion on such is colored greatly if they are one of those labeled as casualties." She grinned. "As far as I know, I have never been a casualty yet." She regarded Claire. "What about you?"
Keeping her eyes closed, Jules felt Claire stir lightly. She wondered what was going through the other girl's head. One of the things she really liked about Claire was that she really didn't know. Nearly anyone else, she would have known exactly what they were going to do long before they did it.
That thought made her smiled against Claire's hand.
