Jules nodded. "Absolutely." Her tone was heavy as if she knew all-too-well how bedrooms could get boring. If her tone didn't betray weariness, the sigh that followed certainly did.
"Picking is good," Jules agreed readily. "Spontaneity does beat it out. Do not get me wrong, proper planning is preferred. But, for the one and in million chance that it just comes together, it is as close to perfect as it can be."
She chuckled sardonically. "At least, I would imagine so…"
Letting the silence between them sit, Jules could notice the tension getting thicker and thicker. Still, she laid there a perfect picture of calm grace; even if she didn't feel all that calm.
