Heidi chewed her lip in anticipation as she waited. Tracey must be home, she imagined. After all the things the blonde had said about not having anything to do, there was no other place for the girl to be.
Hearing Tracey's answer from the other side of the door, Heidi sighed and let her head fall. But she wasn't going to give up. "Tracey." Heidi called softly, knowing the other girl could hear her. "Please, open up, I'm sorry."
Shifting on her feet, Heidi was prepared to stay out here as long as needed, though hopefully it wouldn't be too long. She knocked once more on the door before letting her hand rest flat against the wood that separated her from the flat.
