Sara watched the tears fall from Tracey's eyes and she wanted nothing more than to wipe them away and tell her that everything was alright. But she couldn't get her body to move and it wasn't alright.
Sara bit her lip and ran a hand through her messy hair once more. "I can't." She confirmed softly. Turning to see Tracey hold the necklace up and confess to seeing Heidi, Sara's blood boiled. "You...saw her?" her displeasure was evident in her tone. But she knew that Macavoy was a better person. "I think she can forgive you because she's a better person than we could ever be. "I think...that she can hold love as a value far above any place we could. Love above all else, even success. She's an idealist, but a happy one." Well, at least she assumed Heidi was happy, she wasn't aware of the former Hufflepuff's problems and that she was horribly unhappy without Tracey.
Chewing her lip again, Sara knew the sad answer. "I don't...I don't think I can." Tears now clearly fell from her face, the first true emotion she had shown anyone but her son in a long time.
