"Liar." Heidi said accusingly, but still kept her grin. It was obvious that she was having an effect on Tracey. She leaned back in just a way to accent her taunt stomach best through her shirt as well as her chest.
Biting her lip, Heidi looked away and nodded. "I suppose you're right." She had desperately wanted Tracey to tell her to stay, but knew it was probably for the best. With that, she stood and guided the bird to the window, watching it fly away with a forlorn look on her face.
