"Doing what?" Heidi said, her voice purposely making her brogue thicker and more husky and low , just how she knew Tracey liked it. Hearing Tracey's laugh made her smile a genuine smile that she hadn't done in a while. "I'm not doing anything..."
Seeing Tracey move closer, Heidi bit her lip in anticipation. She was getting ready to say something else when she heard the tapping noise.
It was safe to say that Heidi was completely surprised to see Ginny's owl, whom she immediately recognized enter the flat. Taking the letter from it, she was broken from her daze with Tracey as she read it.
Heidi bit her lip as she read it. Ginny gave a very tempting offer, but what about Tracey? It seemed like they were headed somewhere. But Ginny didn't have the same consequences and chances of being hurt as Tracey did, even though her heart was with Tracey, not Ginny...
