Tracey's tone made Heidi instantly regret her words. There she went again, trying to fix peoples problems with her money. She always did that, use her money to try and make things right, whether or not others saw it the same way she did. "I didn't mean it like that..." Heidi quickly apologized. "Like I was trying to buy you or anything, I just...I don't know, wanted to help. Don't let my stupid mouth influence you from making a decision."
"I suppose it's something new." Heidi chuckled. She had always been able to figure girls out, so a mystery was always a pleasant surprise. Moving out her bishop, she continued, "I hope it's a good feeling though." She didn't want to make Tracey any more uncomfortable.
Taking the fag, Heidi held it in her mouth as she brought up her lighter to light it before taking a long drag. To be truthful, she didn't smoke too much, the potions that counteracted the effects on the lungs from smoke could only do so much and she was an athlete after all.
