"That's us all over," she said dryly, turning away from him to leave. Maybe she was nuts but she felt like crying.
"Ya, later," she said back, avoiding his eyes as she stepped out of the room, making her way down the hall away from McGonagall's classroom, a strange emotion that had nothing to do with the anger she had felt inside moments before bubbling. She bit her bottom lip and tried to straighten her shoulders but she felt like slumping as she walked.
