Heidi looked down at Tracey's scoff and felt ashamed. She didn't know why she felt like that, just that that's what Tracey's scoffs usually made her feel like. "I could loan you the money then, and let you...I don't know, repay it gradually." Heidi offered. "I hate that you have an awful job and can't do what you love."
"I could be there for you!" Heidi said, though she didn't know how true that statement was, with her problems and such. "At least...I don't want you out of my life. I love you." She mumbled into Tracey's hair.
Heidi looked down to Tracey as she answered, "To...I don't know, have a life." She wasn't sure what she was saying. Reaching out, she slowly brushed Tracey's tears away. "To make things right."
