"Ah," Tracey grunted without further comment. In truth, she wasn't surprised. There were articles speculating about it in the Daily Prophet. "I am glad it lived up to your expectations." It would have been terrible if Heidi hated the Harpies after dreaming about playing for them.
"So…is it true about you and the old captain? And Katie and the old captain?" The only reason Tracey asked was because she didn't think the rumors about Katie and Gwenog Jones and Tracey and Gwenog were true.
Tracey didn't like the way that Heidi was dismissive about her job. Once again, the truth hurt. She sulked and stewed without saying anything. "Thanks." Tracey had wanted the job. However, she didn't really since she hadn't put the work in to get it.
"I deserve that," Tracey admitted with a sigh, though she couldn't believe she said it out loud. Shifting uncomfortably, she sat in awkward silence.
