Alice had been surprised by how easy it was to drift off to sleep. She figured that it would be hard since there was someone else there to bump into or feel move or the like. But, that didn't happen. Alice couldn't remember sleeping that well in a long time.
The "sun" had risen and was filtering through the window of the cabin. She wondered if it was actually day time. The fake sun might have just started when it sensed she was awake. That made it hard to know what time it really was.
She laid there for a while staring at Bella's sweet face. It lacked any of the intensity it normally had as she slept. The sun on her cheeks actually made her look innocent and it made Alice smile.
However, the longer she stared, the less innocent Alice's own thoughts were. Bellatrix owed her a story. The room was supposed to give her anything she wanted. In truth, she had wanted to wake up while it was still dark so that she could make Bella tell her the story.
The room grew dimmer and dimmer. It was subtle and Alice didn't notice until the room was lit in moonlight not sunlight. Grinning, Alice leaned in and began to lightly kiss the curve of Bella's neck.
Her hand moved to rest on Bella's tummy. Lightly, she began to tease her through the nightie wondering if she wondering if she would need to do more to make Bella stir.
