Tracey nodded in agreement. It really wasn't for her and it showed. Even the smallest deals she had struck went south. The one with Daphne was a perfect example, even though she was glad that it didn't work out. If she ever did start her own business, as she dreamed, Tracey hoped she could make solid enough business deals to succeed.
"Not as much stubble as your fiancé," Tracey teased lightly, thinking better of her attempt to be funny after saying that. "I'm sorry," she added quickly. "I didn't…mean anything. I just…" She sighed. Why was this so hard?
The feel of Sara's lips on her hand felt good; too good. She should have told her to stop, but she couldn't find it in her heart to do it. "Do you…are you seeing anyone?" Tracey didn't like the idea that Sara was lonely.
