Smiling, Fleur could already see Lavender in a collar. "Oui, diamonds, of course." She readily agreed. She stroked Lavender's neck. "Only zhe best for my lover."
Lavender's shocked silence made Fleur shift nervously. She really didn't know how Lavender would respond. She knew she was fully capable of using her charms to ease the situation and sway Lavender into acceptance like Gabrielle had suggested, but Fleur loved and respected Lavender too much to do that.
Taking a breath, Fleur answered. "Over a year now. Maybe close to two." Her answer had been honest, though her attraction for Gabrielle had started before that.
At Lavender's reaction, Fleur knew where her mind was going. She took Lavender's hand in her own. "Lavender, I love you." She sighed. "Gabrielle and I...'ave a bond. A strong one. You should know from experience what strong bonds Veelas form. Gabrielle ees my blood." She looked pointedly at Lavender. "And when we have strong bonds, we tend to blur the acceptance line when eet comes to sexuality."
"I love you, ardently." Fleur looked in Lavender's eyes. "I love Gabrielle as well. Just een a different way. But you are my mate."
