Fleur narrowed her eyes, growing more defensive, still unsure of where this was headed, "eet serves you no purpose to be so smart to zhe person you are asking questions." She said with a guarded tone.
When Tracey revealed what Gabrielle had done, it clicked in her head. This was the Tracey Gabrielle had mentioned when she had recounted the tale of what she had done with Heidi. Uncrossing her arms she rolled her eyes, "mon Deiu, Gabrielle..." she muttered and rubbed the bridge of her nose. It was always like her sister to leave a wake behind like this.
Turning to look back at Tracey, she placed a comforting hand on the girl's shoulder, "I must apologize for my sister. She does not often see the consequences of 'er actions on others." Fleur was a lot more understanding in situations like this, mostly due to experience, than most would believe.
"But let me say, from what Gabrielle said, Mademoiselle Macavoy resisted very well, not a feat most could pull off." She smiled softly. "She must love and care for you a great deal, to be able to fight off a Delacour's charm."
