"I see." Heidi gave a nod of understanding. Gabrielle seemed like the type of girl who always enjoyed a good dance. "You family seems rather elegant, from what I have seen," Both Delacour sisters reeked of elegance, "And heard. But with a name like Delacour, could one really expect any less?"
Chuckling, Heidi gave a faint, bashful blush. "Thank you." She knew Gabrielle was having an effect on her. She also knew she shouldn't be tempting herself like this, with a pretty girl. But, Heidi figured she could resist whatever temptation was thrown her way and stop it at just the light touching. She hoped, she just couldn't seem to stop herself.
"A few, when I was little." she shrugged. Her mother had tried in vain to get her to have at least a little bit of girlish refinement about her, but Quidditch was always before refinement on her list. Unconsciously, the hand on Gabrielle's waist pulled their bodies closer. "I was taken by broom, though. My father says I was flying before I could walk, though I think that may be a bit of an exaggeration."
