Finding herself laughing. She knew she had confidence, but it did falter when she was doing poorly on the pitch. "I suppose that's true." Heidi conceded. "Everyone has bad days, I guess." She shrugged and grinned shyly, trying to make up for her previous lack of confidence as the girl mentioned that she liked it, "but I'm not the captain for nothing."
Heidi nodded, seeing that Gabrielle was quite proud of her sister. She found the girl's pride added to the list of things that Heidi was finding cute about the girl.
Nodding as she let the girl pass her out the door, Heidi quickly fell in step with Gabrielle as she led the way to the kitchen. When the girl linked arms with her, Heidi was surprised at first, but quickly figured it was just a French thing, she wasn't about to shy away from a girl as beautiful as Gabrielle if she wanted to be closer to her.
"So," she began as the neared the kitchens, "you go to school in France, yeah? I bet it's beautiful there."
