“Nothing so scandalous. A kiss here and there. Holding hands once,” Romilda answered in an even tone. “Why? Did I miss seeing something more exciting?” She had seen a little more than that and had heard far, far more had happened. But, she’d much rather have Ginny admit it.
Romilda laughed. “I had one. But, I think I might have left it somewhere. I’ll look around for it and get back to you.” She giggled. Romilda really had no doubt that there were some that were quite disappointed that Ginny and/or Katie were off the market.
Obviously, Romilda had touched upon a sore subject with Harry. “I just figured he would be fun enough to go with. Not like I am going to chase him.” She was curious to hear who Harry might be seeing, but she wanted to drop the subject for fear it could kill off any fun conversation yet to come.
Smirking as she caught Ginny’s tone, Romilda regarded her for a long time. “Well, sure. I am always for having fun. Isn’t everyone?” She leaned over the arm of the chair a little closer to Ginny. “I’ve actually been hoping to...gossip, a bit,” Romilda admitted.
