"Well then, it seems we're in quite the stalemate then, aren't we?" Sara asked, but didn't let her grin falter. She knew that Tracey could out her, which was one of the reasons that she had held out on telling anyone for as long as she had. But she knew that people would believe her, if she decided to let the information out, more than Tracey. "I think my word might be just a bit more trustworthy than yours."
Sticking her hands in her pockets, Sara chuckled, "You have Heidi here, you're practically glued to her hip. I don't have anyone you could pin me to." she pointed out. "really Tracey, you think you would be a bit more discreet, it's only a matter of time."
At those words, Heidi looked to Tracey, worried that what Sara said might have an impact on Tracey and she wouldn't be able to see her in public, just as friends, anymore. The image of that hurt almost as bad as her ribs.
Still grinning, Tracey's threat, that she saw as empty, didn't stop her any. She let them pass, but called out to them. "Hope you're broom doesn't mess up any more, Macavoy." she said, knowing that they would both tell by the way she sounded that she was the cause of it. "Hate to see you get hurt again." She finished and walked off.
Not letting Sara's final comment irk her, Heidi continued to walk with Tracey, holding her tightened now more for comfort than support. "Don't let her get to you, Trace. She's an arse."
