Tracey’s fingers curled around the handle of her wand. She wasn’t too good with Memory Charms. In fact, she was more likely to damage someone’s mind than to alter a memory. Right now, that thought didn’t bother Tracey too much…
“I know what will happen,” Tracey hissed. “If it does…you’ll be out of the closet right behind me.” She had something in waiting. It would only matter if she was out, because there would be no doubt that Tracey was a lesbian if she let the information out. But, if Sara betrayed her secret, she had no reason to hold it in check anymore…
No matter what Sara said about her, Tracey knew the other Slytherin didn’t think she was stupid. It would be obvious that Tracey knew a simple accusation by a disgraced person would do nothing to Sara’s reputation. Tracey would have to have something else…
Tracey shut her eyes. Sara’s words had cut. She knew that Heidi would never betray her secret, it Tracey suspected that Heidi might find some relief if they were discovered.
Nodding, she started to move with Heidi once more. Stopping, she looked back over her shoulder. “It’s almost lights out. If I see anyone from Slytherin, or that is one of your little harpies from another house…” She paused and smirked evilly. “Well, you’ll see what happens,” Tracey promised.
Walking, Tracey kept her wand in her hand as she went.
