Clara, of course, was curious as to what it was that Sara might have traded and with whom. However, she resisted the urge to ask. After all, it really didn’t matter how. They had somewhere to go that would be safe while they were inside. Getting in and out, on the other hand, they would need to be careful.
She regarded Sara for a moment. “All right.” Would Sara show? She suspected so and she was rarely wrong. That didn’t mean that Clara wasn’t a little nervous. Giving Sara a smirk, she said in a sultry tone, “See you there.”
Moving to get her things, she packed them up and shouldered her bag. Using her wand, she performed a few swift motions and the library door creaked open. Stepping out, she closed the door behind Sara.
Splitting off, she began a round about way to the Prefect’s Bathroom. She was tempted to look back as she did, but that would be too much. It wasn’t long before she was hiding in sight of the door.
Luckily, she had seen no one and she was certain no one had seen her.
