Clara advanced just a bit further and held her ground. It seemed that they had come so close to meeting in the middle of the table that it now seemed inevitable. Waiting made the thought all the more delicious.
She kept her eyes on Sara. “I find that I am thinking about a lot of ‘somethings’, at the moment,” Clara confessed. She allowed a wry smile to creep to her lips. It was mostly truly. Mostly she was thinking about kissing Sara. The girl was cute and fun, far more than she had expected. Surprisingly, it was clear that Sara wanted to kiss her too.
But, who would kiss whom? It was a battle of wills, it seemed. Would either give in? Would they need to give in together or would they not kiss at all?
