Tracey was comforted somewhat by Heidi’s assertions and it was clear that Sara didn’t know exactly what her thoughts were. However, she was able to sense that Heidi still felt like she was a secret, at least, and that didn’t sit too well with her.
Blushing, Tracey shrugged. She wasn’t used to defending anyone else. She usually didn’t even defend herself. Tracey often felt like she was just fending off the sharks living in Slytherin house. Appearing strong as opposed to looking like chum was a big victory in most cases.
Tracey shrugged. “Maybe. I hope so. If…when…people find out I want it to be on my terms.” She was beginning to believe it was inevitable that people would find out.
A huge smile that matched Heidi’s came to her face. “Really? You…mean it?” Kissing her happily, she giggled girlishly when the kiss broke causing her hand to come up and cover her mouth.
