"Keep dreaming, Davis." Sara said snidely. She knew their were successful Halfbloods, she just wanted to prod at every insecurity the girl had until she broke her happy little facade. "Maybe, if you're lucky, you'll be just a bit less of a failure than your father was." sara didn't know all the details of Tracey's father, but seeing as how he married a muggle and left behind virtually no money, she could only imagine he wasn't all that successful.
Sara clenched her jaw. Her first time had been close to the same as Tracey, but she wouldn't dare let Tracey know that, "At least I didn't have the false idea that it would ever be anything more than sex."
"You may not be. But she's certainly your's, isn't she?" Sara knew that Tracey would have to keep her and Heidi secret if she wanted any chance of peace the rest of her time at Hogwarts and it could possibly spread after Hogwarts, if they stayed together long.
Frowning as Tracey spoke of Theo, it was the last thing she wanted mentioned. Growing angry, she began moving closer to Tracey, "Theo is my ticket to power. All I have to do is marry him and give him a heir and he can go back to his skirtchasing and I can find a girl to satisfy my needs. If you were smart, you'd find a Pureblood boy to do the same, if one would even take you. That's the only way you'll have a chance of pulling yourself out of the hole your status is in."
"Bollocks." Sara sneered, placing a hand past Tracey's head to lean on the wall behind her, "You wish you were a Pureblood don't you? Don't have to work for power, people actually care about you..."
"Pathetic is pathetic." Sara shrugged. "Tell me, Tracey, are you still so clingy? Or have you closed yourself off?" Sara knew the effects she had had on Tracey after she had dumped her, but not the extent. "How long is she going to put up with your inability to let anyone see the real you? How long is she going to sit around and wait and let her be a secret before she gets fed up and goes and finds someone that shows her returned feelings?" Sara had no idea how close to home her words might hit. "How long is she going to want to be a secret?"
