It was an obvious thing that Sara was what one might called spoiled. She had always had house elves to do things like cleaning for her and when she didn't there was always magic. Still, she straightened a stack of fabric before stopping again. But, deep in her mind, Sara might just have had a reason to work slower. It would give her more time to spend with Tracey and less with Theo who would no doubt be waiting for her to tell her another story about one of his "man triumphs". Bloody prat.
Sara had heard that Tracey's family wasn't near the most rich among Slytherin. She didn't know whether or not exactly to feel sorry for her. She had never really felt sorry for someone before and didn't know the proper protocol, so she just shrugged it off.
"Always has." Sara shrugged, tracing along the bars of the cage. She spoke nonchalantly, "Blood and money are what make power and power is what matters." Again she rattled off wisdom her parents had told her, this gem taught to her by her father when she was young and it had only seemed to be more true each passing year.
Sara chuckled, "Who knows." She really hated McGonagall. She was like Snape to Slytherins what Snape was to Gryffindors. "She's such a hypocrite, yeah?" Her eyes roamed the closet as her back turned to Tracey. "All she cares about is her house. Particularly Potter and that mudblood, Granger that he hangs with." While Sara wasn't as hardcore as say, the Malfoys were about blood purity, she did believe you should have at least a bit of real wizarding blood in you, rather than just dumb luck. "And she gets on to Snape for favoring Slytherins..."
"S'alright." Sara shrugged. What was there to be sorry for? It was just the way things were. If she wanted a good life, she would have to marry Theo, have his kids. It's not her ideal life, Theo would have to have a bit more up front and a bit less down below, but who said she had to be faithful? "It's how it is. Shame he's such a prat though." If her mother heard that, Sara would have no doubt been slapped right then and there. So, she still had some learning to do in the Pureblood wife department.
Sara chuckled, "Hey, you're pretty smart." She turned to grin at Tracey, willing her voice not to get caught in her throat.
Biting her lips as she watched Tracey watch her, Sara didn't think she could manage words until she the other blonde turned again. "Yeah, shame. You're much better company than Theo or Daphne."
