Hey! I don't know if anyone posts/comments here much, but who else is watching The Tick on Amazon Prime? What do you think of it? Are you flailing over the season 1A finale as much as I am? On a lighter note, if you're interested in the costumes and their accuracy (or lack thereof), I can't recommend frockflicks.com enough. In fact, if you're interested in period dramas, period, it's a great resource (and quite funny, especially during snark week).

i just finished and I don't know how i feel as a whole yet so I will be back to this after sleep but i figured people will want a place to talk about it once they are also done so here is a post. I am going to start with some inconsequential thoughts in the comments until I have had more time, but spoilers for all four episodes.

I "accidentally" watched all the episodes of Search Party today and now I demand that all of you watch it!!! It's only 10 episodes and they are all available RIGHT NOW on the TBS website and each episode is about 20 minutes long...so yeah it only took me like 3 hours to watch the entire season. Alia Shawkat is in it! And some of the 'self-absorbed millennials living in Brooklyn' satire is so spot-on that it makes me uncomfortable...which sounds like a good many other shows out there at the moment but it feels less like We Are Making a Statement than that maybe the show takes place in some slightly similar but still alternate reality.

Also, it's a mystery show! And who doesn't love binge watching a mystery??? Anyway yes go forth and watch it and then immediately come back to this post and talk to me about it, THANKS.

Following in the tv rec post and my very many emails to people wailing about podcasts, I thought I should come and make a post. I know I'm not the only podcast listener here but I only know a handful of others. Hopefully this post can help get more people into it or help regulars find something new!
