Who: Terrence and Ella.
What: making up, but not the fun way.
When: Tuesday night, late.
Where: Ella's room.
Warnings: TBA.
It was late, far too late to be knocking on anyone's door, and much too late to be knocking on the door of a girl Terrence really liked. Well, a girl that he liked that was too young for this to be any sort of inappropriate visit. But she was also the girl that he really liked who probably now hated his guts, and he was afraid that if he waited any longer, it would really be too late, in that regard.
The reason for the late hour was quite simple. He'd sulked for a while, until Zach had gotten him out of it. Then he'd spent a while discussing their plans, and considering how he could make things right again. Of course, making it right meant that he had to apologize, and that resulted in Terrence battling with his pride for a while before he finally managed to swallow it.
Now he was here, at Ella's door. It wasn't even so much about kicking him off the Quidditch team, not anymore. Ella Lestrange was probably not the best moral compass in the world, but at some point Terrence had begun to see it that way. Zach would have worked as well, except that he tended to agree with everything Terrence said. But Ella wasn't afraid to kick him where it hurt if he deserved it, and if she thought he deserved it, then Terrence knew that he did. It was the reason why she was the only one he'd ever willingly taken orders from, even for something like Quidditch.
After a few moments of standing outside her door, still inwardly arguing with himself, Terrence knocked. Not a forceful knock, but loud enough to wake her if she was asleep. She could be angry at him for that too, for all he cared - there was no way he was letting this go until the next day.
