Alright, so it took me a little longer to get this girl finished than I had expected, but she's here now!
This is Lacey Hwang and she is quite literally a fairy. She shrinks down and flies and all of that fun stuff. She's 20 and is originally from NYC. She came to town with her family fairly recently and has taken on the job of scout and scavenger.
