Harry had the pudding and had the Yule cake (actually just the recipe). But that didn’t solve Harry’s most urgent problem – apart from the lights, the decoration, the candles, the tree and the presents, that was.

He still needed to decide on a Christmas Dinner. Dinners on Christmas Eve had to be special. There had to be several courses and each had to be carefully prepared. Only the best ingredients were to be used.

And that was nice and well, but where was Harry supposed to get a dinner like that from? Harry sighed and bravely took out the cooking-book.

Severus stared down at his meagre meal and sighed. It was tasteless and didn’t even look eatable, but it would be sufficient to fill his stomach. Eating up – after checking it for poison - was a habit that he had acquired and couldn’t get rid off.

It was his own fault. Instead of paying attention to his cooking he had concentrated on brewing a potion.

Suddenly he thought of the upcoming Christmas Dinner and remembered Potter’s abysmal brewing skills. One could only hope the brat was a better cook. … Better to have the number of a delivery service ready,
