This lovely young thing is Miss Rhea Dancer.
She's slightly less of a raging jerk in this incarnation and is better at covering the crazy. Born in the UK, she's highly educated and her file says she was studying an MA in anthropology when she was recruited. Actually, she's a low level British spy - but this is secret to everyone except her two fellow spies and the heads of AM. She comes across as being likable enough if a little awkward but this is a lie - in fact, her personality tends to change a little depending on who she's with and if she wants them to like her. Which she...generally tries to do (she likes people to like her).
She is the person voted most likely to kill themselves in a kitchen accident or from eating something inedible 2009. This is why she has a sassy gay friend okay. So he can stop her eating anything on a plate when she's half asleep (om nom nom coasters).
She has a moped. It is tiny and adorable and she rides it everywhere. And she also has a list she's trying to complete - like My Name is Earl, but more self-serving.
