IJ's AddMe Asylum - April 4th, 2008

Apparently not being into fanfic makes me incongruous on IJ. I came from LJ this week, and sent a check to squeaky the day after I created my account. Yeah, I'm in for the long haul.

I suck at being a student at the University of Washington.

I don't watch TV or play video games; they're a waste of time for me. But I don't mind if others do. (Does pinball count as a video game?)

I try to accept people as they are. If we aren't compatible, I don't mind not being friends. That's how life works.

I try to write about a variety of things in order to interest all my friends. I read everything that appears on my friends page, even though I may not comment.

I have a strong tendency to say what I mean. I usually keep it in check.

NAME: My online alias is Lalique. Always has been, always will be. Its also my real-life nickname (strange I know).. Most people call me Lali (pronounced la-lee).

AGE: 21

INTERESTS; traveling, reading, writing, learning, working, cooking, blogging, hanging out with friends, and web design.

LOOKING FOR; Just looking for some friends, I really don't have any "rules". I get along with most people just fine. I update, and comment often (usually daily).

ANYTHING ELSE; I work 2 full time jobs, one as a certified nurses aid and assistant manager of an assisted living facility, and the other as an advanced life support/critical care transport EMT. I'm looking into going back to school this fall to become a nurse. My dream is to get my RN, and my paramedic, and work lifeflight someday. My ambulance crew is my second family. I talk alot about them and my crazy friends...

I have brown hair, with blonde & red highlights, and deep blue eyes.

I’m an only child, but grew up with 5 cousins who I’m very close with, and often refer to them as my brothers.

My mom is the most awesome person in the world! (haha)

I recently bought my first house, all on my own!

I love my cell phone, and my car, can’t live without them

I’m addicted to fountain ice tea.

I love Lucille Ball and TiVo I love Lucy shows (dorky I know...)

I am Legend is currently my favorite movie

INTERESTS; criminal justice! lol. I'm in school to be an investigator, hopefully of the homicide variety.
HOBBIES; read books, write, listen to music, watching tv/movies... typical college girl stuff.
