Hello, I'm Nef.

I'm a 20 year old journalism student living in the UK. I enjoy writing, reading, blogging, knitting, playing World of Warcraft, spending time with my lovely boyfriend and procrastinating over anything vaguely important... and like almost everyone else, I love films and TV. I've also just passed my driving test so expect rambles about my beautiful new car (it's my baby!) and all the adventures it shall bring with it! I adore music- I used to run an online music website, but I've packed it in to get closer to music again. Writing about music all the time kills the enjoyment of it somewhat. I'm currently loving my prog rock, especially Porcupine Tree! Here's my last.fm top 10 for the week to give you an idea of what I listen to:

Contentwise, you can expect a mix of the usual daily stuff, a few posts a month about money etc, a few rants per month, a smattering of lolcat macros and extracts from my fictional writing. I find them strangely liberating, mainly because the grammar nazi within detests them! Generally anything large or ranty will be cut for your ease of viewing :)

I've recently moved over from drama-central (AKA Livejournal) so that explains the huge amount of posts on my journal already... so if you think we could be friends, please feel free to add me! All I ask is that you're quite active and comment from time to time!
