i like reading fashion magazines such as instyle, elle, and vogue, but i really don't have a sense of style. i spend A LOT of my time watching tv. america's next top model, project runway, house, and lost are just a few of my favs. i listen to rock, r&b, soul, oldies, rap, alternative, pop... i'll listen to almost anything.

I'm 20 and live in Maryland - about 15 minutes from DC. I try to comment a lot - well whenever I have anything to say. I like the usual things of a 20 year old girl - hanging out with friends, movies, partying, random adventures, shopping, roadtrips, etc. I love ridiculous shows like Gossip Girl, Degrassi, Project Runway, Best Week Ever, and much more. I'm also addicted to gossip sites. My all time favorite is Dlisted.com.

My friends and I are always doing random things (like driving to New Jersey just so we can say we ate at White Castle, or driving to West Virginia to take a picture in front of the 'Welcome to West Virginia" sign and then turning around. Annnnd I always take a million pictures of it and post it in my journal.

I'm pretty easy-going, I'll add just about anybody - as long as you can type.

Hello, my name's Melissa. I'm sixteen years old and I'm a Junior in highschool.
I love colorful things. I am absolutely obsessed with rainbows, unicorns, candy, vampires, and dragons. I love anything with a rainbow on it. And I love everything to do with vampires.
My favorite bands/singers are: Zeromancer, Denali, Mindless Self Indulgence, Incubus, The Cranberries/Dolores O'Riordan, System of a Down/Serj Tankian, Shiny Toy Guns, Linda Strawberry, Ambulette, The Postal Service, and tons of others.
I love photography. I love taking pictures outside. I usually follow my pets around the house and capture pictures of them all the time.
Some of my entries will be quite personal. I might complain somedays. I hope you don't mind.
But I do have those "uplifting" random posts.

I was born in the states, grew up part of my life in Alaska, but have moved to Austria, Japan, and Canada since.
