The boy tensed, though what was going through his mind the girl had little idea. However, he seemed to relax, the proof that they knew each other calming him as it had her.
The boy began to reintroduce himself, reaching into his pocket and finding a wallet with a license inside. Upon hearing his name, the girl reached out and shook his hand, responding, "It's a pleasure to meet you!"
Taking her hand back, the girl looked around. If she didn't have a wallet in her pocket, then maybe...
"Ah hah!" she exclaimed, spotting a white bag on the ground near where she had woken up. Reaching down, she opened it cautiously, a little worried despite evidence pointing in the direction that it was her's someone would come running in, insisting that she was trying to steal his or her stuff.
She found a little coin purse and opened it, pulling out a student ID. The girl pictured matched the girl pictured in her phone- who was apparently her, therefore, this must be her ID! Excited, she read her name and stated to Tyrone, "And I, good sir, am Tandy!"
Looking into the bag, she saw an assortment of textbooks and notepads, wondering if one of them could offer an explanation as to where they were. One thing was certain- she must have been going to school to have this many textbooks with her. Was she still at school? Why would there be a kitchen in a school, at least one that was not filled with icky cafeteria food and students?
Maybe one of them lived here? As Tandy speculated on this, she voiced aloud, "Well, if I have textbooks we must be here after or during school. But if this isn't a school cafeteria, are we at someone's home, maybe? Or skipping class? Or..." Tandy trailed off, running out of ideas.
The whole ordeal was simply making her more confused and she sighed deeply before asking, "So, how do you suppose we know each other?"
