Who: Jean-Luc, Jean Grey, and Logan When: Wednesday, a bit before lunchtime Where: Infirmary What: Checking up on Remy’s medical records. And flirting. More of the latter. OOC: Yeah. Jean-Luc is getting around. Expect a couple more threads before I have to relinquish him back to New Orleans! XD
Jean-Luc LeBeau was very interested in what his son had been up to the past year, and how he had fared. So after checking in with teachers on Tuesday, and scheduling an appointment to have a real sit-down talk with Xavier on Thursday, he had decided to spend Wednesday looking into what scrapes his son had gotten into. He knew Remy wouldn’t go to the Infirmary for anything but the worst, or when he was dragged there, but a little information went a long way.
Besides, he’d heard the nurse was quite pretty. He’d spent his time with the female professors staring at them more than listening, sweet-talking afterward more than talking to them about Remy. Old habits died hard, and it was just far too tempting. Besides, his silver tongue let him ask questions in a roundabout manner that got him better answers than he was sure more parent-teacher conferences allowed.
He stepped into the office, glad to see there had been no exaggerations about the nurse’s beauty. In fact, they hadn’t done the redhead justice. “Bonjour, mademoiselle!” He grinned, walking up, and holding his hand out, as if to shake it – but if she took it, he switched his grip to grasp her fingers and bring her hand up to his mouth for a very gentlemanly kiss. “I’m Jean-Luc LeBeau, here t’inquire ‘bout my son. But I gotta say, I t’ink de sight is far more wort’ it.” He didn’t have his son’s mutant charm, but he had plenty of his own charisma to make up for it, leaving him, somehow, even more charming than little Remy LeBeau.
