The sudden sound behind him made Josh stumble to a stop and turn, eyes wide. He'd ignored any demonstration Sam might have given of his powers - again, his childlike logic told him that if he didn't witness it, it wouldn't happen. Worry took over first - that'd been a nasty spill into the ground. Angry little brother or not, he didn't want to see his brother get physically hurt, even if he wasn't being great to his brother emotionally. That headfirst dive into the ground couldn't have been something he stood up so easily from, right?
"Sam!!" Josh called, moving in a few steps closer - until Sam wove the dust away, calling out for Josh. The redhead stopped moving in, but didn't back up again yet. He frowned, watching Sam closely. "Are...are yah all right?" he asked, rocking back but not stepping back. His accent had started, slowly and subtly, to fade, only a smide noticeable now, but a trend that had started three weeks ago when he'd begun to sneak out.
