Who: Rahne and Betsy, then Sam When: Thursday afternoon Where: Room G010 What: Rahne and Betsy get acquainted, then Sam arrives to give Betsy that tour he promised.
Rahne Sinclair had been petrified when she learned she had a new roommate. After a traumatic week spent as a wolf and without a memory, the already shy Rahne was having a rather hard time coping with day-to-day activities and emotions again. She had wanted to retreat to the quiet of her room, which had been her zen garden since she had returned as a student the other month. Now, that tranquility was going to be compromised by the presence and belongings of a stranger.
To her delight though, Betsy Braddock was wonderful. From what she had learned of the girl, she was from England and very sweet. Rahne relaxed more and more, even feeling sympathetic for her blind roommate. Already Rahne was taking it upon herself to try and devise ways to make the room more friendly and less dangerous for someone with vision impairment, despite the fact Rahne had few belongings to clutter the room with anyway.
"Och, Elisabeth. Or is it Betsy? Which do ye prefer?" Rahne asked to clarify, before she continued. "I hope I dinnae wake you this morning. I was tryin' ta be very careful. I imagined you went to bed late." Rahne remembered what it was like trying to get adjusted to a time zone close to half a dozen hours behind her home. She kept weird hours anyway with her hobbies of reading and writing. "Have ye ... have ye done anythin' excitin' here so far?"
