Jay shook his head. "Not exactly. My father's Ah found out on my sister's journal, and the other Ah apparently sang about." Even in his private journals, he was fairly reserved. Was he afraid someone would hack into his account? He gave a quick glance around. "Ah'm just glad we're still functioning at all, y'know?" He shrugged. "Ah hope our memories come back. It would be terrible to have to start from scratch."
He'd eaten not too long ago, but Jay gave a little nod. "All right. Ah think Ah'm starting to get the phrase "eats like a bird." Ah was researching, birds eat like, half their body weight a day. Or their entire body weight?" He folded his wings back tight against his back. "Do you think we'll ever be able to work out how to fly again, if we don't get our memories back?"
